Trane Technologies is seeking a remote technical support specialist to provide on-demand and scheduled BAS support for Key Accounts, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and startup assistance for complex BAS and HVAC systems. You will communicate with onsite technicians, customers, and internal teams, participate in account reviews, and help identify parts for repairs.

Qualifications

Experience with Trane HVAC systems and BAS controls.
Proficient in remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support for Key Accounts in a technical service environment.
Perform remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and equipment startup support.
Remotely inspect and evaluate BAS, HVAC, and chiller systems, delivering detailed reports on operation and issues.
Communicate with onsite technicians, customers, and internal teams via phone, chat, and email.
Participate in technical and strategic account reviews with internal stakeholders.
Identify parts needed for repairs and coordinate with relevant teams for procurement.
