Job summary

Trane Technologies plc in Davidson, NC, is seeking a Remote Controls Support Specialist to provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support for Key Accounts. You will perform remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and startup support, and deliver detailed system reports.

You will inspect BAS, HVAC, and chiller equipment remotely, coordinating with onsite technicians and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Trane HVAC systems and BAS controls.
• Ability to perform remote BAS diagnostics, programming, and maintenance.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support for Key Accounts.
• Perform BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and startup support.
• Remotely inspect BAS, HVAC, and chiller systems and report findings.
• Communicate with on-site technicians, customers, customer representatives, and Trane internal teams.
• Identify parts for repairs and coordinate procurement.
