Trane Technologies, a global leader in climate solutions, is seeking a remote technical support professional to assist Key Accounts with BAS diagnostics and remote troubleshooting. You will diagnose BAS/HVAC systems, generate detailed reports, and coordinate with technicians, customers, and internal teams from a remote setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, practical HVAC/bas knowledge, and the ability to work across time zones while adapting to evolving product lines.

Qualifications

• Experience with remote BAS diagnostics and maintenance.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Background with Trane HVAC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support for Key Accounts.
• Perform remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and startup support.
• Inspect BAS, HVAC, and chiller systems and deliver reports.
• Communicate with onsite technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Participate in account reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify parts and coordinate procurement for repairs.
