Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive growth and adoption of banking and cash solutions across an assigned territory. You will partner with advisors, field leadership, and cross-functional teams to expand awareness and deliver business results, serving as a trusted consultant and subject matter expert.

The role is remote with travel up to 50% and requires Series 7 and state registrations, plus the ability to reside within the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the financial services industry in a sales-focused role with deep knowledge of advisor business models, investment products, and financial solutions
• Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Ability to travel minimum of 50% and reside within the assigned region

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory sales strategy by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing advisors through one-on-one meetings, educational sessions, client events, and presentations
• Partner with advisors using a consultative sales approach to identify needs, recommend banking and cash management solutions, and drive product adoption
• Collaborate with product, marketing, field leadership, and other business partners to communicate market insights, industry trends, and competitive developments
• Travel throughout the territory to conduct advisor meetings, facilitate training programs, support client events, and represent the organization at national, regional, and industry events
• Leverage proprietary tools, customer relationship management platforms, and sales analytics to identify opportunities, evaluate advisor practices, and enhance sales effectiveness
• Drive operational excellence by managing schedules, meeting preparation, follow-up activities, budget oversight, and advisor recognition initiatives
• Maintain required licenses, registrations, and regulatory compliance through completion of applicable training and continuing education requirements
