Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive growth and adoption of Ameriprise Bank banking and cash solutions across a national territory. You will partner with advisors, field leadership, and cross-functional partners to expand awareness, deepen client engagement, and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services sales with advisor models.
• Proven experience selling deposit and lending products (checking/savings, home lending, securities-based lending, credit cards).
• Active licenses/registrations required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to travel at least 50% and reside within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory sales strategy by developing advisor relationships through meetings, sessions, events and presentations.
• Partner with advisors using a consultative approach to identify needs and drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, field leadership and other partners to share market insights and trends.
• Travel within the territory to meet advisors, conduct trainings, support client events and represent the organization at events.
• Leverage CRM tools and analytics to identify opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
• Maintain schedules, prepare meetings, manage follow-ups, budgets, and advisor recognition initiatives.
