Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Region Sales Director to lead sales efforts regionally through virtual and in-person advisor engagements. You will execute the regional plan, support field leaders and advisors, and coordinate with product partners and wholesalers to drive net flows.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, FINRA Series 7 (or willingness to obtain within 90 days), and state securities licenses (or willingness to obtain). Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7 (or willing to obtain within 90 days).
• State securities (S63 or S66) (or willing to obtain within 90 days).
• State IAR (S65 or S66) (or willing to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Drive advisor net flows via virtual interactions and meetings.
• Execute region plan and support field leaders and advisors.
• Partner with corporate communications, WMS, RiverSource and third-party wholesalers.
• Engage EAR and field leaders in financial advice through client case analysis.
