Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. seeks an experienced Sales Consultant to drive wealth management product growth across the Pacific West. You will partner with advisors, field leaders and internal partners to expand awareness, adoption and sales of wealth management solutions.

You will travel within the territory, engage clients, and leverage CRM analytics to identify opportunities and optimize sales activity. A Series 7 and state registrations are required or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry in a sales-focused role with deep investment and wealth management product knowledge.
• Experience in a consultative sales environment with a proven track record of influencing outcomes and driving business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Series 7 license required upon hire; state securities registrations may be required.

Responsabilités

• Drive territory sales results by developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing advisors through meetings, presentations, events and programs.
• Apply a consultative sales approach to influence advisor product selection and identify opportunities.
• Partner with sales consultants, field leadership, marketing and stakeholders to execute territory business plans and growth objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and communicate insights that impact product positioning and sales strategy.
• Travel throughout the territory for advisor engagement, training, and events.
• Leverage CRM tools and analytics to identify opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
• Manage territory operations, scheduling, budgets and follow-up processes.
