Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician II to join our Bethel, CT team. This full-time, remote role will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking security equipment, including cameras, access control, alarms, drive-up systems, vaults, and ATMs.

You must have strong verbal and written communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work with a team. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in electronic security and a CT low-voltage license; training

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum: 5-7 years in electronic security industry.
• CT Journeyman / Low Voltage License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, repairs, and services drive-up, locksmith, and electronic projects.
• Responds to service calls and performs preventive maintenance.
• Mentors less experienced staff and ensures safety compliance.
• Keeps up to date with company policies and procedures.
