Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking security equipment, including cameras, access control, alarms, drive-up units, vaults, and ATMs. You will work as part of a team focused on delivering world-class service and protecting customers’ assets.

The role requires 5–7 years in electronic security, a CT Journeyman or Low Voltage license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 5-7 years in electronic security industry.
• Licenses: CT Journeyman / Low Voltage License.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in 1+ of electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation industries.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces components of remote, audio, and video equipment.
• Installs, programs, tests, and services drive-up, locksmith, and electronic systems.
• Responds to service calls, maintenance calls, and after-hours emergencies.
• Mentors less experienced staff with technical knowledge and experience.
• Ensures compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety policies.
