Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking security equipment, including drive-up systems, CCTV, access control, and vault components. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering world-class service to customers and communities.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, hands-on mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of drive up, locking and electronic systems specific to banking industry.
• Basic knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to the remote system.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer focus – meeting the needs of customers.
• Strong communication skills in oral and written form.
• Adaptability to changing situations or information.
• Ability to pass high level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, rebuild, and service drive up, locksmith and electronic systems.
• Respond to service calls and perform preventative maintenance.
• Mentor less experienced staff with technical knowledge and experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures.
