Convergint is seeking a Banking Service Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking security equipment, including drive-up systems, vaults, ATMs, cameras, access control, and alarm devices. This full-time role offers a path to grow within a dynamic, mission-driven culture.

You will work with a team of skilled technicians, handle service calls (including after-hours), mentor junior staff, and ensure work meets manufacturer specs and safety policies while

Qualifications

• Experience with drive-up, locking, and electronic banking systems.
• Basic knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to respond to changes in situations.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic security projects.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service remote drive-up equipment and video systems.
• Mentor less experienced staff using technical knowledge and experience.
• Respond to service calls and after-hours requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure work conforms to manufacturer specs and safety policies.
