Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 9+ months of call center/customer service training/experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus after assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries and problems.
• Resolve problems and errors including fraud support and internet operations.
• Act as liaison between customers and U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex issues.
• Process and respond to inquiries using multiple systems to provide accurate information.
