U.S. Bank is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives to handle phone and email inquiries, resolve problems, and assist customers with banking needs. You will learn bank products, navigate multiple systems, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate solutions.

Preferred candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. This remote role offers a path for growth and a language premium for bilingual Spanish speakers after assessment.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum nine months of contact center customer service training/experience, 18 months of prior customer service or related experience, and completed specialized skill training.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with language premium after assessment.

Mansioni

Provide excellent customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries and problems.
Research and resolve issues, including fraud and internet operations related queries.
Act as a liaison between customers and U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex issues.
Process inquiries using multiple systems while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
