Job summary

Hours are 11am - 8pm EST with rotational Saturday shifts; must reside within 50 miles of Orangeburg, SC. This role demands strong communication, digital banking support, and a commitment to excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound customer service, preferably in financial services.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems for quick resolution.
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries on first call using active listening and probing skills.
• Answer inbound phone inquiries accurately with a personalized experience for customers.
• Provide tier one digital banking support and assist with debit card inquiries and research.
• Promote virtual branch solutions and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
