Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately and balance daily, delivering exemplary service. Responsibilities include educating customers on deposit products, pursuing opportunities to grow relationships, and referring clients to other banking

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year customer service in administration or similar role or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with mobile/online banking technologies required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Explain and educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and maintain regulatory compliance.
