Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs, and recommending deposit and other banking products and services.

Responsibilities include accurate processing of transactions, daily balancing, and delivering exemplary customer service while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin role, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
