Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to assist walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships, identify financial goals, and recommend banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily totals, and deliver exemplary service. You will educate customers on deposit products, pursue opportunities to expand relationships through a structured sales process, and refer customers to other

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or related experience.
Cash handling skills.
Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
