Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the administration of the Bank's Compliance Management System, focusing on fintech partner relationships and third-party arrangements. You will review policies, disclosures, and contracts for regulatory alignment and assist with monitoring, testing, and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years in banking compliance, risk management, or audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with compliance reviews, monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance oversight for third-party relationships, including Fintech Partner arrangements.
• Review third-party docs for adherence to compliance requirements and elevate issues.
• Assist regulatory change management by researching laws and guidance.
• Document monitoring/testing results with exceptions and evidence.
• Maintain compliance tracking tools, KRIs, and reporting data.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for leadership and committees.
