Job summary

Column, a fintech bank, is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a six-month remote contract to support Compliance Testing across products and partner programs. You will document findings and report results, collaborating with risk, legal, and business teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or equivalent, 3+ years in compliance/audit, and familiarity with banking regulations; CRCM or CAMS is a plus. This role offers exposure to fintech partnerships and a chance to impact safe, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in compliance or audit; experience at a regulated financial institution is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience navigating banking regulations and applying rules to products.
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to juggle execution across multiple stakeholders.
• CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance testing across Column’s products and partner programs.
• Clearly document assessment findings and draft reporting results.
• Identify weaknesses within the Bank and collaborate with partners to strengthen controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure processes meet requirements before effects.
