Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in legal or regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of SA regulations (FAIS, FICA, POPIA) and financial services rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures for financial services operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
• Conduct regular compliance training for employees across departments.
• Perform internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential breaches.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities.
• Advise senior management on compliance best practices and emerging risks.
• Manage relationships with regulators and external consultants.
