TEKsystems is seeking a Complaints Analyst (Banking Operations) for a 100% remote contract position. You will review, categorize, and route customer complaints within a financial services setting, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.

Remote, contract role with flexible schedule 7:30 AM–6:00 PM CST. Key duties include intake, triage, and escalation aligned with regulatory requirements, while identifying trends and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Understanding of consumer banking regulations.
• Experience in a deadline-driven environment involving case management, request processing, reporting, operations, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming customer complaints.
• Categorize and route complaints according to established guidelines.
• Perform complaint intake, triage, and acknowledgment activities.
• Ensure complaint information is accurately documented in internal systems.
• Identify missing or incomplete information and obtain clarification as needed.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding complaint documentation and intake activities.
• Meet established service level expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
