Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls and supporting account servicing, digital banking, and debit card services.

The role requires adherence to bank policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements, with evening shifts four days a week and every Saturday. Some travel to the Avon office may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, banking, financial services, or call center experience is expected.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service technology platforms; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Authenticate customer identity per bank security standards and privacy requirements.
• Assist with account information, transaction research, maintenance requests, stop payments, and debit card servicing.
• Support online and mobile banking platforms, including password resets and access troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions and service requests in bank systems.
• Educate customers on banking products and services and identify referral opportunities.
