Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service via phone and email to online banking end users.
• Provide a high level of customer service to online banking end users.
• Provide support to online banking call volume for the customer service center.
• Reply to internal and external email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Serve as a service liaison between online customers and third-party service providers.
• Process new online account set-ups and maintain existing accounts.
