Qualifications

• Customer Support Specialist I: Associate's degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience preferred.
• Customer Support Specialist II: Associate degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience required.
• Customer Support Specialist III: Associate degree or related knowledge/skills base gained through experience required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support Specialist I & II: First line response to inbound customer calls regarding accounts and services.
• Customer Support Specialist III: Handles high volume inquiries via chat, email, and phone with varying complexity.
• Maintain knowledge base of bank products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements.
