Teller Waltham , Massachusetts Temp to Perm Per Hour Sep 28, 2026 $27.00 - $29.00 Our Banking client near Newton MA has a need for a Banking Resource Center Specialist. This role is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and providing support across a variety of banking products and digital services. The position offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to grow into a long-term role with the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling inquiries related to banking products, services, accounts, and digital banking solutions through phone and digital channels.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, actively listen to needs, and provide accurate solutions while resolving requests in a timely manner.
• Process customer transactions and requests accurately, including video banking, while following Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, security, regulatory, and Bank requirements.
• Document customer interactions and requests in CRM and other systems, maintaining accurate information and tracking issues through resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in banking, retail banking, teller, relationship banking, call center, or customer service; banking experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain banking products and information clearly and professionally.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

$25-$29 per hour + overtime
