Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union is seeking a results-oriented, service-focused individual to join our digital contact center. This 100% remote role requires availability Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm with occasional Saturday shifts.

The starting salary is $48,000–$50,000, commensurate with experience. Candidates should have at least two years in a high-volume customer service role, with banking and CRM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service capacity, high volume call center is required.
• Prior banking experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior CRM experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills; must be positive, patient and customer focused at all times.
• The ability to multi-task is essential in this role.
