Job summary

Affirm is seeking a skilled test automation engineer to own, improve, and maintain our integration and end-to-end test frameworks. You will optimize execution time, enhance stability, and contribute to CI pipelines while collaborating with engineers across the company.

The role requires 3+ years in test automation, proficiency with TypeScript and Python, Playwright, Pytest, and experience with Docker and AWS.

Qualifications

• Own, improve, and maintain integration and E2E test automation frameworks and CI pipelines.
• Design and implement technical solutions to optimize test execution time and reliability.
• Write technical specifications and ADRs and collaborate across the engineering org.
• Assist with triage requests and share QA best practices.
• Evolve the company’s test strategy and break down projects with the tech lead.
