Job summary

a2z Youthsolution is seeking a Sales Associate/Executive - International & Domestic. You will drive new customer acquisition, nurture relationships with parents and learners, and maintain accurate sales reporting across global markets from a remote setup.

You will use consultative selling to guide program recommendations, build a high-performing sales pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth while delivering lasting value to customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of proven sales experience.
• Comfortable working on weekends (weekday off provided).
• Tech-savvy, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• New Customer Acquisition: Convert qualified leads from multiple marketing channels into enrolled learners.
• New Customer Acquisition: Conduct consultative counselling sessions with parents to recommend suitable programs.
• New Customer Acquisition: Generate referrals through existing customers to strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with parents and learners.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and consistent engagement for long-term retention.
• Customer Relationship Management: Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams to improve offerings.
• CRM & Reports: Manage and update customer interactions, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM systems.
• CRM & Reports: Track and report sales performance against targets regularly.
• CRM & Reports: Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.
