Job summary

Trident Technologies is seeking a remote Sales Support & Operations professional in the Education/Training sector. The role focuses on high-volume telesales, consultative selling, and closing enrolments via calls and Zoom.

Responsibilities include pipeline management, CRM updates, and daily reporting. The candidate should be fluent in English, have 3+ years in related sales, and be able to work London hours shifted to IST remote time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in telesales, consultative sales, or education sales; UK clients preferred.
• Experience with B2C and B2B sales and meeting enrolment targets.
• Strong persuasive, negotiation and closing abilities; target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 300 cold calls per 9-hour shift remotely.
• Explain courses and convert leads into enrolments via phone or Zoom.
• Consult with learners to tailor training solutions.
• Follow up prospects to advance them through the funnel.
• Maintain CRM lead status and call notes accurately.
• Meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets and report metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions for onboarding.
