Job summary

Sendcloud is a fully remote role based from Lisbon/Vale do Tejo region, supporting 30,000+ merchants globally. You will handle onboarding questions and complex shipping escalations, across calls, live chat, and tickets, maintaining high quality and urgency. Build deep product knowledge across carrier ecosystems and integrations.

You’ll grow into specialized areas such as QA, coaching, or process improvement as you demonstrate curiosity and ownership in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
• Based in Vale do Tejo region or Lisbon area, willing to work remotely from Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding questions and complex shipping escalations for B2B merchants.
• Manage multichannel queue across calls, live chat, and tickets with high quality and speed.
• Resolve issues like delays, billing questions, and integrations to ensure merchant satisfaction.
• Build expertise for potential progression into QA, coaching, or process improvement.
