Sendcloud is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to serve B2B merchants from a fully remote position based in Osijek, Croatia. You will manage onboarding questions and complex shipping escalations, using calls, live chat, and tickets to ensure fast, clear resolutions.

Strong German and English, patience, and ownership are essential as you guide customers through platform functionality and shipping issues, with room to grow into QA or process improvements.

• Be the primary contact for B2B merchants across onboarding questions and escalations.
• Manage queues across calls, live chat, and tickets with high quality and speed.
• Translate complex shipping issues into clear, actionable steps for customers.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve upstream processes.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Sendcloud carrier ecosystem and integrations.
