Sendcloud is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to assist B2B merchants across calls, live chat, and tickets. You will resolve onboarding questions, handle complex shipping escalations, and ensure timely, clear communication.

A clear growth path exists into QA, coaching, or process improvement for curious, ownership-driven individuals. The role emphasizes multilingual support (Italian and English), a remote-first setup based in Vale do Tejo/Lisbon area, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in both Italian and English, spoken and written.
• Based in Vale Do Tejo region or willing to relocate/be remote from there.
• Strong multitasking and ability to manage multiple conversations across channels.
