Job summary

Sendcloud, a leading e-commerce shipping platform, is seeking a Customer Support Consultant. Fully remote from Lisbon/Vale do Tejo region, 40hrs per week.

You will be a primary contact for B2B merchants, handling onboarding questions and complex shipping escalations with speed and clarity. Manage a multichannel queue, shaping merchant experience and outcomes across shipping, tracking, and platform features.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Based in Vale Do Tejo or Lisbon preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support merchants across calls, live chat, and tickets to resolve shipping, tracking, returns, and platform questions.
• Guide customers through our platform with confidence, turning complex details into clear next steps.
• Own your queue with urgency and accountability; treat every open ticket as a merchant in need.
• Identify recurring pain points and share context to help fix issues upstream.
• Build deep product knowledge about carrier ecosystems and integrations; assist teammates and customers.
