Job summary

ECAM is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive new business growth in security solutions, including CCTV and live/remote video monitoring. This role features uncapped commission and an on-target earnings range of $175,000–$250,000 for top performers.

Base salary starts around $75k with a comprehensive benefits package and a remote-friendly setup in Albuquerque, NM.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience selling security technology or CCTV/video surveillance solutions is a plus.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM’s CCTV and video security solutions.
Lead consultative sales process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
Create and deliver high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce and forecast milestones.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan and drive pipeline growth.
Collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and post-sale success.
Support GTM execution with BDR teams and other initiatives.
