Darby Dental Supply, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives. This fully remote, entry‑level role is designed to develop healthcare sales skills, build a long‑term career, and focus on prospecting and opening new accounts through outbound outreach.

You don\'t need dental or healthcare experience. We provide industry and sales training, a base salary plus commission, and a clear path to growth within a national dental supply leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales, customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and texts.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
