Compare The Carrier is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to drive outbound outreach to private dental clinics across the US. You will conduct 60–80 targeted calls daily, qualify opportunities, and book Growth Qualification meetings for sales leadership.

This full-time remote role emphasizes phone selling, CRM hygiene, and multi-channel follow-up. Successful candidates thrive on coaching, meet cadence targets, and advance to lead Growth Qualification meetings.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent US English with a natural conversational phone presence.
• Proven track record in B2B outbound cold calling or phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Phone Outreach: 60–80 targeted outbound calls daily to decision-makers at private dental clinics across the US.
• Lead Base Generation & Enrichment: Build and gather prospect bases of target dental clinics following SOPs.
• Gatekeeper Navigation: Navigate front-desk staff to connect with Practice Managers and Practice Owners.
• Consultative Pitching: Engage decision-makers in brief conversations focused on clinic capacity and high-ticket treatments.
• Booking & Live Confirmation: Schedule 10–15 minute Growth Qualification meetings and confirm calendar invites live.
• Role Progression: Start by scheduling calls for sales leadership; progress to leading Growth Qualification meetings.
• CRM Hygiene: Maintain clean CRM records and log calls; multi-channel follow-up via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Daily Syncs: Participate in daily team check-ins to review calls and pipeline quality.
