Devine Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative and Trainer to drive field sales of supplemental insurance and mentor our growing sales team. This is a remote, independent contractor role with field meetings in your community and a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional weekends.

You will balance achieving personal sales goals with coaching others, using CRM tools and Mac products to manage relationships and drive growth.

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience mentoring or training others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions in the field, going business to business.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them succeed.
• Lead workshops and individual training sessions to foster professional growth and team success.
