Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for a fully remote, full-time role targeting salons, med-spas, and aesthetic clinics. You will leverage an established network to open doors, demonstrate our AI-powered revenue platform, and drive multi-stage deals from initial conversation to contract and handoff to success.

You will own the sales process end-to-end, build a robust pipeline, and exceed revenue targets while representing a fast-growing SaaS business in a remote

Qualifications

• Proven B2B business development or sales experience.
• Direct experience within the hair salon, med-spa, aesthetics, or beauty industry.
• Establishing and leveraging a network of salon/med-spa owners and decision-makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with measurable results.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfort presenting/demonstrating AI or SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of salon, med-spa, and aesthetic clinic prospects using your network and warm introductions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value of our AI-powered platform.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and handoff to Customer Success.
• Maintain long-term relationships with prospects and ensure consistent follow-up through long sales cycles.
• Represent the company at industry events and partnerships to generate opportunities.
• Share market intelligence on customer needs, objections, competitors, and trends with the team.
• Collaborate with Client Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention.
• Consistently achieve and exceed new-business revenue targets.
