Job summary

Boulevard is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to empower Account Executives with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to grow revenue across salons, spas, and medspas. You will design onboarding, training, and certification programs aligned with our sales methodology and market strategy.

You will partner with sales leadership, marketing, product, and customer success, with room to experiment, including AI-driven practice and coaching.

Qualifications

3-4+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Revenue, or Enablement roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
Track record of designing and running enablement programs that measurably improve pipeline growth, conversion rates, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Build and run enablement programs and onboarding for revenue teams.
Use AI to help sellers practice and prepare with simulations, talk tracks, and knowledge hubs.
Turn product launches into seller-readiness programs with cross-functional collaboration.
Create playbooks, training materials, and competitive guidance updated with current product information.
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and practice sessions with frontline managers.
Measure impact with learning analytics, feedback, and metrics like time to productivity and win rates.
Manage and optimize our enablement tech stack and advise on improvements.
