IMS Legal Strategies, LLC is seeking a Solution Associate for a 100% remote role across US time zones. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, working with an experienced sales professional to target both established and new territories.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong research, discovery, and communication skills. The role emphasizes outbound telemarketing, qualifying prospects, and building relationships with decision makers.

Formación

• 2–3 years of proven telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field required
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities via telephone and electronic communications
• Initiate sales process by cold calling; emphasis on outbound calls
• Identify key buying influencers and decision makers (C-suite)
• Follow up on opportunities and research to qualify prospects
• Perform needs analysis to determine budgets, decision makers, needs, and timelines
• Handoff qualified prospects to client managers for seamless transition
• Collaborate with Sales Integration Manager to grow the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate data and documents in the CRM system
• Attend training and contribute to lead pipeline dashboards
