Job summary

IMS Legal Strategies is seeking a talented sales professional to grow territories, develop relationships, and represent our full suite of services to national and regional law firms. The Solution Consultant will nurture existing clients while driving new business with major firms and boutiques.

The role partners with the Sales Director to develop strategic plans that generate revenue, expand accounts, and increase market penetration. Remote work with time-zone coverage across the east–west coast.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm (legal sales preferred but not required).
• Experience selling litigation services is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in creating revenue and managing accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate IMS Core Values and promote IMS services.
• Develop territory and account strategies to grow relationships with target law firms.
• Conduct daily field visits to meet clients and prospects.
• Build long-lasting relationships through in-services, lunch‑and‑learns, and events.
• Tailor presentations for large, regional, and boutique firms.
