IMS Legal Strategies is seeking a talented and energized sales professional with a proven record of success in growing territories, developing relationships, and representing high-value professional services. The Solution Consultant works closely with large national law firms, mid-sized regional firms, and small boutique practices to promote and sell the full suite of IMS services.

They nurture existing relationships while driving new business development within their designated territory.

Formación

• 2–5 years of sales experience in a professional services firm (legal sales preferred but not required)
• Experience selling litigation services is a plus
• Demonstrated success in creating revenue and managing accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate IMS core values and develop territory strategies
• Promote and sell all IMS service lines
• Conduct daily field visits to meet current and prospective clients
• Build lasting relationships through in-services, lunch-and-learns, and events
• Tailor presentations to the needs of large, regional, and boutique firms
• Increase awareness through outreach via phone, email, social media, and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and support new matters
• Represent IMS at industry conferences and firm programs
• Complete training across IMS departments to cross-sell the full portfolio
• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales quotas and territory goals
