You will start by following up existing quotations with current customers, then progress to proactive outreach to architects, letting agents, and property developers to generate new quotation opportunities and recurring business.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven track record in B2B sales and outbound outreach.
• Experience engaging with decision-makers (architects, letting agents, developers).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow up existing quotations with current customers.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective commercial clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers such as architects and developers.
• Identify opportunities for new quotes and recurring contracts.
• Record conversations and opportunities accurately in the CRM.
• Support outbound strategy with Directors and grow the team toward leadership.
