Magic is a fully remote sales powerhouse connecting US businesses with top remote talent. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, handling 15+ discovery calls weekly with C-level and Director-level U.S. buyers, and nurturing old leads into future deals.

We offer guaranteed base plus uncapped commissions, structured coaching, and a clear growth path from AE to Sales Director. You’ll work remotely with Eastern-friendly hours and earn monthly, with no ceiling on earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or outsourcing sales.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Strong CRM discipline and data hygiene.
• Ability to meet high monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle — inbound discovery through close and onboarding handoff
• Run 15+ discovery calls per week with U.S. buyers
• Nurture 'not now' leads until timing is right
• Keep HubSpot clean — every deal staged, next steps recorded
• Collaborate with Support and Ops for smooth client transitions
