Job summary
Zohorecruit is seeking its founding Sales Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our go-to-market motion. You will run technical discovery during the sales process, lead proofs of concept, drive RFP responses, and own the technical hand-off between Sales and Onboarding.
This is a career-defining role partnering directly with our founder and sales team to win the most complex deals in the pipeline. You will build the SE function from zero to one, influencing product, sales, and onboarding
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture in B2B SaaS.
- Technical lead on enterprise or mid-market deals with complex integrations.
- Owns end-to-end POC processes and drives decisions.
- Leads or contributes to RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews.
- Available to travel for in-person events as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery throughout the sales process and map requirements.
- Scope, design, and execute proofs of concept aligned to data/workflows.
- Own RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews.
- Deliver structured hand-offs from Sales to Onboarding for closed deals.
- Build and scale the SE playbook and demos for future hires.
