Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
• Explain recruiting and staffing services and identify hiring needs.
• Schedule meetings and consultations with qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal recruiters to align candidates with client requirements.
• Track outreach activities and results.
• Meet individual activity and performance goals.
• Develop strategies for generating new business opportunities.
