The Sales Factory is hiring a Business Development Representative for a fully remote role open to candidates in Canada. You will source, qualify, and schedule demos to empower client sales teams to close deals, with a base salary of CAD 40,000–60,000 plus 10,000–20,000 in commissions.

No prior sales experience is required. You will join a remote-first team across North America and Europe, enjoy comprehensive benefits, and have opportunities to grow with fast-growth tech clients.
