Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative for the Genius team in Tempe, AZ. You will drive new business, shape client success, and own outcomes that increase revenue and improve operations.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle, influence decisions, and bring Genius to life for local businesses. Expect to spend significant time in the field, prospect new opportunities, and deliver value-based presentations to business owners both in-person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable delivering in-person and virtual presentations.
• Willing to spend 75% of time in the field with a valid driver’s license; must live within 1 hour of posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits of Genius.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
