Job summary

e123 is a leading health insurance distribution platform seeking a creative, execution-oriented B2B Marketing & Events Specialist. You will develop and execute targeted campaigns, engage key accounts, and support ABM and events to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Director of B2B Marketing, you will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align initiatives with business priorities, while managing multiple programs across content, events, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within SaaS/Tech, with at least 2 years focused on events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Must have an execution oriented mindset and strong project management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment between Marketing and Sales.
• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, including Hubspot and Demandbase.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of B2B marketing programs and campaigns, including content creation tailored to key buyer personas.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and engage target accounts, including coordinating customized campaigns and materials.
• Manage events strategy, planning, budgets, and logistics from identifying priority conferences to evaluating opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, including registrations, outreach and leadership presentations.
• Coordinate content projects and ensure on-brand, timely delivery across campaigns and channels.
