Job summary

Ticketure is seeking an Event and Field Marketing Specialist to lead the program across conferences, trade shows, and virtual events. You will align with sales, build pre-event outreach, manage on-site presence, and drive follow-up to convert conversations into opportunities.

You will track event performance and report results, reporting to the Director of Marketing and Revenue Growth. This is a fully remote role with travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing with events/field marketing.
• Experience executing event campaigns (email/social) and post-event follow-up.
• Ability to work with sales to support goals and lead generation.
• Strong multi-event planning with deadlines and organization.
• Familiar with CRM/marketing automation; HubSpot preferred.
• Polished on-site presence; able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual event calendar from planning through follow-up.
• Coordinate logistics: booth setup, shipping, registration, travel, materials.
• Manage timelines/budgets and flag risks early.
• Serve as primary contact for event organizers, agencies, vendors.
• Collaborate with sales on target accounts and booked meetings.
• Create sales briefing materials and post-event debriefs.
